Ken is an absolutely phenomenal therapist who truly cares about his clients and is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.
From the moment I walked into his office, I felt a sense of comfort and ease that I had not experienced before in therapy. Ken's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease, and I knew that I was in good hands.
Ken is incredibly skilled at what he does, and he has an innate ability to connect with his clients on a deep and meaningful level. He is always attentive and fully present during our sessions, and he has an amazing ability to help me see things from a different perspective. Ken's insights and guidance have been invaluable to me, and I feel so grateful to have him as my therapist.
One of the things that I appreciate most about Ken is his ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for me to explore my thoughts and feelings. He has a way of making me feel heard and understood, and he is always there to offer support and encouragement when I need it most. Thanks to Ken's guidance and support, I have made incredible progress in my personal and professional life, and I feel more confident and empowered than ever before.
If you are looking for a therapist who is kind, compassionate, and incredibly skilled at what he does, look no further than Ken. I cannot recommend his services highly enough, and I feel so grateful to have him as a part of my support system. Thank you, Ken, for all that you do!

I came to ken for help with my spending habits and the way i value my money. I was apprehensive at first due to preformed stereotypes I had of therapists/counsellors. I soon found ken was not like this whatsoever and he has now helped me more than i thought he would. From the first appointment i was put at ease due to his subtle, conversational approach. His way of working is like no other i had heard of, with the way I didn’t even realise i was being ‘counselled’. Would highly recommend to anyone apprehensive of counselling or therapy. More...

Having had counselling in the past following the loss of my son, I didn’t ever feel I could really talk about the inner turmoil I face daily with my counsellors. Ken made me feel like he understood me and the turmoil. I now feel ready to talk. It’s all about finding the right person to trust, to really open up to and feeling comfortable and at ease. I have found that person. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing someone recover and grow. Watching them learn to live and laugh again
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my years with NHS Mental Health services I know only too well how overstretched the system is. Too many people wait for far too long when they actually need immediate help.
Knowing I can use my knowledge and experience when it is most needed is very rewarding.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a bit of a maverick, never been good at following other people's rules. You will find me unlike any counsellor you have dealt with before.
I will treat you like a human being and talk to you 'normally' and openly. We will work in a way which best suits you and your needs rather than in any predetermined format.
At the enquiry stage I offer a 20 minute telephone consultation, free of charge!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Whilst I prefer to meet people face to face I am also happy to work via Teams, Zoom, Skype or any other platform.
This gives me a chance to play with the fancy backgrounds and filters
