What’s your signature dish?
I’am all about seasonality and simple approach to good food, love to cook with meat, fish and equally vegetables in different flavours and style, the essence of good eating derives from selecting the best ingredients and cooking them very simply for maximum impact.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love to listen to my clients and give them the best advice on what’s best and available to create a meaningful experience, working hand in hand allows me to tailor menus that suit the occasion
What do you love most about your job?
I live to provide pleasure and nothing makes me happy than the success of my events and seeing my clients happy, I always say that we work hard for success and success brings tremendous joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve worked with some big name chefs and brands & run multiple restaurants in the span of 20+ years including my own but I get huge pleasure in being directly involved in creating memories and memorable moments with my private guests.

We simply offer something different, unique and bespoke in comparison to what’s is the market. I believe, every memory starts with a good idea and we’re happy to put ourselves in the mix to add value to our new clients.
