Before I begin any session, I send my clients a carefully designed questionnaire. It helps me understand their vision, traditions they may want to honour, or any special moments they’d love to be captured. For example, I ask whether there are group shots they'd like, and if so, I suggest appointing someone they trust to help gather people on the day—this keeps things smooth and stress-free. My goal is to prepare everything in advance so the day feels relaxed and joyful, allowing me to focus on what matters most: capturing the true spirit of the occasion.

What I love most about my job is the emotional journey I get to experience alongside each couple. Even after ten years of marriage myself, every wedding I photograph takes me right back to the excitement, the nervous joy, and the overwhelming love I felt on my own special day. It’s truly a privilege to witness those moments—the teary glances, the bursts of laughter, the quiet exchanges that speak volumes. Reliving that joy through others reminds me why I fell in love with photography in the first place. It’s more than just a job; it’s a way of staying connected to the beauty of beginnings, and it honestly keeps my spirit alive.

What inspired me wasn’t a grand business plan—it was a feeling. A calling, really. I grew up watching my father behind a camera, capturing memories with care and intention. But it wasn’t until much later, after holding various respected roles in different fields, that I realised nothing made me feel as alive as photographing people’s most meaningful moments.

The decision to start my own business came from a deep desire to do something that brings real joy—not just to others, but to myself. The emotions I witness while photographing—tears of joy, bursts of laughter, quiet embraces—those moments fuel me. They remind me of the beauty in human connection, and they’re what keep me moving forward. Photography isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am. And building my own business has allowed me to live that truth every day.

Clients choose me because photography, for me, is deeply personal. I connect deeply with the people I photograph, and that connection breathes life into every image. I genuinely care about the emotions unfolding in front of me. There’s something incredibly powerful in witnessing a moment so real that it brings tears to someone’s eyes—and knowing I’ve captured that moment forever.

Throughout the day, I live every smile, every tear, and every embrace right alongside my clients. And when they receive their gallery, my goal is simple: for them to feel it all over again. Not just to see the day, but to relive it—whether it’s a week later or ten years down the road. That’s the kind of storytelling I strive for. Honest, heartfelt, and timeless.

While the photography itself is a very in-person, emotional experience that can’t (and shouldn’t) be done remotely, I do offer full online delivery of the final product. Once your images are beautifully edited, I provide a secure online gallery where you can view, download, and easily share your photos with friends and family—wherever they are in the world.

For those who prefer something tangible, I also offer high-quality prints, framed images, and bespoke photo books. These can be delivered directly to your door, along with small thoughtful gifts I sometimes include as a thank-you. So while I can’t capture your moments remotely, everything after that can be experienced and enjoyed from the comfort of your home.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, many weddings and events were understandably postponed due to restrictions and safety concerns. As a result, my work naturally shifted during that period, focusing more on small, private sessions—mostly with children or close friends and families.

For every session I conducted, I followed the recommended health and safety guidelines of the time, including maintaining distance, using face coverings when necessary, and regularly sanitising hands and equipment. I was always mindful of each person’s comfort and wellbeing, and that approach continues today—prioritising safety while ensuring a warm, enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
