I brought the studio website template/theme for my conference Website. It is a very comprehensive theme with a lot of options for my event. But I actually intend to use it in the near future as a complete multilingual website for my institute. ThemeRex Web Studio namely also did a complete translation of the theme for me. So, I'm able to add and edit multilingual posts and pages. Which is something that I really appreciate. But what I really appreciate is their support. They really helped me set up my site. The support team did a great job fixing the issues, even making contact with the developer of the theme. I've spent the last three days attempting to get support from themerex for their Umberto theme. Condescending support is unbearable. After going back and forth with the support agent, he sends me an invalid 0kb large .mov file "You need to redownload it because it works fine for me." is an unacceptable response when I've provided screenshots of the error, the 0kb mov file, and included both server and site logins for the support team to test it themselves. Yes, it is a team of support guys that never provide an answer as to when they and WP Bakery, I've purchased your QuickCash Theme and yes, my support ended a while ago, however you promised an unlimited update on plugins and that is not happening, I would not recommend your theme ever and would never purchase again from your company
