Q&As

I enjoy supporting clients to discover the empowerment within themselves and witness the ripple-effect it has in their lives and the changes that happen for them.

I wanted to be an independent practitioner and have an agency over how I carry out my work, including having a choice over my own professional development and what I offer.

I have a wealth of experience which I have gathered over the years via training, working, and living my own life focused on personal development. I have integrated a few different approaches into my work which I weave into my psychotherapy practice. I do not offer quick fixes or solutions, unless they really do exist!

I provide both face-to-face and online psychotherapy services. Face-to-face services are offered in Brighton & Hove, and St. Leonards-on-Sea. Please enquire about my availability.

Services

I provide counselling and psychotherapy services. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your mental-health concerns.

I am particularly interested in depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues.

I support clients to build a resourceful relationship with themselves as well as find resources within the environment, with hope that they may find the healing and strengh they are looking for.

I use a conversational style of therapy, and support clients to develop their curiosity about their experience. I include Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and body- and compassion-based approaches.

All my work is rooted in supporting clients to become aware of their here-and-now experience in the therapy room. This experience can be a reflection of what happens (or does not happen) in clients' daily lives.
