IDEAS & FEASIBILITY
We will take the time to discuss your aspirations and ideas thoroughly in order to really make the most out of this process. We have a well-trained eye for maximising your ideas and realising the full potential of your home or your site.
PLANNING APPLICATION
Our team will develop your ideas and ambitions into drawings and documents which are suitable for submission to your local authority for Planning Permission. We will liaise with the Case Officer throughout the process, dealing with any issues along the way.
BUILDING REGULATIONS
During this process of technical design and specification, we will coordinate the designs with a structural engineer (and any other required consultants) to ensure that your designs comply with the building regulations standards.
We will submit to building control or an improved inspector, and help you along the way.
3D VIUALISATION / CAD DRAWING
We create graphics and rendered designs using 3D software in order to visualise your designs before they have been created. There are many benefits to this including to help with your own understanding, but also to sell your idea to others.
