I approached Juice in order to create a website for my private camp in South Africa. It was important to me that the design and aesthetic captured the unique atmosphere and experience of our Safari Lodge, acting as a brochure that would entice potential visitors. Our experience with Juice has been excellent. Our existing website required to be upgraded from scratch, which was a bit daunting. Juice were able to find workarounds to keep our old site functioning while the new site was built, exactly to the original brief, tacking unforeseen glitches with no fuss, and always finding a solution. Juice has been one of our key trusted partners for some years now. They always deliver and have the ability to tweak and tune an advert, brochure or web design to really fit with my vision. Short version: We could not be more happy with the work that Juice have done for us, in delivering a new ecommerce website.

We initially had a chat with Matt, who then referred us to John, who then took the time to come and visit our showroom and actually understand our business and what we wanted. This alone for me was massive, as it shows a willingness to listen to what “I” wanted, rather than just hitting me with proposals of what the designer wants to do which is what other agencies did, after me filling out a form.

Forms are not personal and not really how I like to work, so well done Juice for doing things the old fashioned way and meeting face to face.

We were then greeted with a draft page of what our site could look like and it was immediately on the money. From there a draft website was created which was 99% there, but I am a picky person and eventually found fault with a few things and the team have been nothing but brilliant in turning what I ask for into a beautiful looking site.

I am not always as competent IT wise as I would like to be, but Matt has been very helpful in creating guides to aid me in setting up various features that really make the website stand out.

I think the fear with a website, is that you pay thousands for it, don’t get what you want and then are stuck with it, that was my concern. The guys at Juice, I can tell, just would not let that happen, so I would thoroughly recommend you give them the chance to do for you, what they have for me.

Going forwards we are excited to continue working with them, to get the very best out of the website. More...
