My inspiration to start my own domiciliary home care business stems from my extensive background as a registered nurse and my passion for providing high-quality care. After over 18 years in the healthcare sector, I witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by many individuals in accessing personalised care that truly meets their needs.

I wanted to create a service that prioritises compassion, dignity, and respect, offering a tailored approach to care that puts clients at the centre of everything we do. I believe that everyone deserves to receive care in the comfort of their own home, with the support of skilled professionals who genuinely understand their unique circumstances.

In response to Covid-19, we have implemented several crucial changes to ensure the safety of our clients in domiciliary home care. Firstly, all our carers have received comprehensive training on infection control and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). We ensure that all staff wear appropriate PPE, including masks, gloves, and aprons, during every visit.

We also conduct regular health screenings of our staff to ensure they are symptom-free before they enter clients’ homes. Additionally, we maintain strict hygiene protocols, including frequent handwashing and sanitisation of equipment and any surfaces that may be touched during care.

To minimise contact, we have adopted flexible care plans, allowing for remote check-ins and consultations where possible. We also encourage clients to communicate any concerns they might have, ensuring they feel supported and safe.
