Desire Care is a dedicated and professional care provider to people in their homes, offering a superior quality of care for your elderly loved ones. We provide home (domiciliary) care for adults and older people, including individuals who have health issues or forms of dementia.
Our highly skilled and experienced team takes the time to get to know our clients individually, creating personalised care plans that take into account each person’s unique needs, choices, issues and interests. We at Desire Care consult the family at every stage of the way to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
Desire Care is a domiciliary care service provider which aims at meeting the care needs of adults and children in the community. This basically involves the provision of quality services and support required by people to meet their care needs.
We currently provide care and support in Staffordshire and Gloucestershire and are working in partnership with Staffordshire County Council and Gloucestershire County Council.
Our care staff is composed of the varied cultural and ethnic composition of the country’s population. Our care staff are supported to work together as a unified team, and they are experienced and able to support people with needs including: transferring and mobilising, washing and dressing, cooking, cleaning, social outings, shopping, companionship and personal needs. We have well trained staff who work to meet the support plans and care packages being assessed by professionals. Our nursing staff and support workers are able to support in nursing and residential care homes. We place great importance on our ability to deliver rewarding services through our devoted staff.
Desire Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are also a member of the FSB (federation of small-scale business) who provide us with advice, support and protection to ensure quality of the business. Our CQC Rating in all 5 area’s is GOOD.
