What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being a mortgage Advisor is the opportunity to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership. It is incredibly rewarding to guide clients through the process, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions. I also enjoy building relationships and seeing the joy on client's faces when they finally get the keys to their new home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a more personalised and client-focused approach to mortgage advising. I saw a gap in the market for a service that truly prioritises the needs of clients, and I wanted to make a difference in their home-buying journey. Being able to offer tailored solutions and build lasting relationships with my clients is what drives me every day.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've made several changes to keep customers safe from COVID-19. First, I've transitioned to virtual meetings and consultations to minimise in person contact. I also ensure that any in person meeting follow strict safety protocols, including social distancing and sanitising surfaces. Additionally, I provide clients with digital documents to reduce physical exchanges and make the process more convenient and safe.
