John responded to my request very quickly, and fitted 2 new fence panels and 2 new posts after digging out the broken posts. The result is a quality repair. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because he charged £300 for his labour which took just over 2 hours (I went out to buy the panels, posts and post cement.) I know it was a Saturday but I only earn £12.50 an hour for my part-time job so £300 was a large amount of my monthly income. I had a bathtub replaced with walk in shower and tiling work done in October 2023. The work was very badly done - to say the least - with leakage identified immediately after John left my property. He refused to acknowledge the issues that I reported even after providing photos and video. I am still chasing him for fixing the issue or paying for the damages caused to my property. I had John to renew my fence across the bottom of my garden. It was about 15 years old and dilapidated.
I rang John for a quote, he was very prompt at coming round, on time and very pleasant.
We had a chat about my fence and he measured up for pricing. The next day he contacted me with the quote. It was a very fair price and included everything. I said yes.
John fitted me in his schedule without delay once the fence items had been delivered.
His work is excellent. He worked quickly and precisely, the fence was up in no time and I am very pleased indeed with the results.
I can't recomend John highly enough.
