Caring for people is very rewarding especially providing services that can assist and enable individuals to stay in their own homes whilst meeting their healthcare needs. I have had more than 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare sector. During that time, I came across a lot of patients, individuals and their families who were receiving poor care in the community. I am committed to improving and providing the best care that people can receive in their own homes and ease family worries.

I have been working in healthcare as a nurse for over 15 years. I am a very caring person who is empathetic, compassionate, patient, skilled, competent, hardworking, flexible and always put my clients first. I will always strive for the best care possible.

At JNP, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff have always been our top priorities. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we implemented a comprehensive set of measures to ensure that we continue to provide exceptional care services whilst minimising the risk of transmission and protecting the health of those we serve.
- Effective communication and education; by keeping staff, clients and their families with the latest guidelines, and best practices related to COVID-19.
- Improved infection control measures -such as comprehensive training on proper hand hygiene, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and strict adherence to cleaning and disinfection procedures. Our staff are equipped with the necessary supplies, including masks, gloves, and sanitisers, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene during their visits as needed.
- Minimise physical contact and reduce the risk of transmission- staff are trained to maintain appropriate physical distance whenever possible during home visits.
- Flexible scheduling and contingency planning- This allows us to quickly adapt and ensure continuity of care whilst minimising disruptions and prioritising the safety of our clients and staff.
- We continuously review and update our protocols to reflect the evolving nature of the pandemic and the latest guidance. Our commitment to providing exceptional care is unwavering, and we will continue to prioritise the health and well-being of our clients and staff through all challenging times.

I have a passion for helping people to achieve their best possible level of health and wellbeing within their own homes. At JNP Sidona Support Services Ltd, we are committed to delivering exceptional, personalised care to our valued clients with compassion and respect. What we offer:

Personal Care:
Our personal care services are tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each individual client. We believe that every individual is unique, and their care should reflect their individuality whilst promoting independence and dignity. Our staff help with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and ensure that our clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Meal preparation and Nutrition
Proper nutrition is essential for overall health and well-being. Our carers can assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparation of nutritious meals that cater for our clients' dietary needs and preferences. We also help with feeding for those who require additional assistance.

Domestic help as needed, such as housework and laundry. Our staff can assist with housekeeping duties and ensure that our clients' homes remain tidy.

Medication management: Our staff are trained to assist with medication administration, monitoring, and ensure that our clients take their medications at the right time as prescribed.

Transportation and accompaniment:
We provide transportation and accompaniment services, ensuring that our clients can attend medical appointments, run errands, or participate in social activities with ease and confidence.

Companionship and social engagement.
Loneliness and social isolation can have an impact on individuals’ mental health and emotional wellbeing. Our staff are trained to provide compassionate companionship, engage in meaningful interactions, hobbies and activities to foster a sense of connection and belonging as per individual.

Social Outings:
We encourage our service users to engage in social events so they can establish relationships with others, meet new people, and perhaps even find new interests that will lift their spirits. This reduces their sense of isolation and raises their self-esteem for our service consumers.

Specialised Care
We recognise that some individuals may require specialised care due to specific conditions or circumstances. We offer tailored care services, such as sit-ins, live-in care and temporary relief to family members.
