It was an absolute pleasure having John be part of our special day doing photography. John is a great guy, very friendly and professional. I explained exactly what I was looking for with my photos as I didn’t want anything OTT. Just lovely and simple, and the photos came out amazing. He sent all the photos on USB and also a link to a website where we could view and save them. My siblings and I booked John as a surprise videographer for my mother's wedding on the 18th of July. He was very professional and co-operative with the existing photographer, and captured all the best moments of the day. John is lovely and very understanding of what I pictured in my heads. In the planning stages he was happy to email and speak over the phone to make plans for the day.

He went above and beyond with meeting me prior to the proposal to set me up with a mic for the video.

Upon arrival at Rydale, he was able to find the location I chosen and set up with out my now fiancé noticing!

The video is lovely and will be cherished forever. John took an abundant amount of images which gives us plenty of choice when picking out favourites.

My daughter got married at The Rhynd, St. Andrews and we sought the services of JM Photography & Video as our videographer for their wedding. We were pleased with the price we paid, very competitive. Our videographer, John arrived early and liaised with the photographer. They worked great as a team. John spent the whole day from wedding preparation to the first dance. We received our copy of the video footage approx. 2 weeks after the wedding and we were very pleased with the coverage. John put together a highlight video to music that captured the perfect mood of the day. We also received the full day's events involving all our guests and some best wishes. Had John at my daughter's wedding and he done a great job

Had such a great experience with John, very quick replies to all email enquiries. Felt so comfortable on the day, barely noticed he was there during the ceremony and done a great job of making sure all the important photos got done on the day. Got our online photos within 2 weeks and then once we had decided on all the photos we wanted for the photo album it was only another 2/3 weeks before we recieved it.

i would highly recommend John for all your photography needs for your big day.From the first email to the day of the wedding he kept in touch with his advice on timings and turned up in plenty off time.

Chris and I had a just the two of us wedding at Storrs Hall in Windermere. We wanted a photographer who would give us some relaxed photos that we could treasure following our ceremony. I found it difficult to find a photographer in that area that would do a small wedding for only a couple of of hours. Other photographers either didn’t respond or only wanted the bigger weddings until we can across John on BARK. I made an enquiry and John returned my call on the same day and talked me through the process. I was left feeling positive that I found someone who would fulfill our requirements and you didn’t have to pay a deposit. John didn’t disappoint on the day, we got our relaxed photo session without being formal and a video included.
