No good Michelle was 2 hours late to inspection said it was because she couldn’t find my address however she only messaged me my address the time she was meant to be setting off, I let it slide and allowed a next appointment for deep clean again she messaged me time she was supposed to be here saying she was going to come in 90 minutes later, in fairness she apologised and said she would rectify the situation with 1 hour free (out of 4 I was paying for) but I refused I arranged my whole day around this appointment and don’t appreciate my time being messed around

Changed arrival time twice, didn’t bring any products, gloves or cloths which I wasn’t made aware of so I had to provide everything. Spent a lot of time on mobile phone, was slow to do what was required. Could have been completed more quickly. More...

Thank you for the review, but I think it is a misunderstanding. When I'm using my phone in talking I'm working at the same time I'm afraid. Try to be honest for a second please, I asked you if you need me to use my own products and you declined,and you showed me yours! for me I respect client's choice. Secondly it's not my fault if it was more things to do, for example your oven that was very dirty, it took time. I'm a human I'm not a robot I'm afraid. You forgot to mention that your house wasn't easy to find and you recognised that, as proof, you need to come to the road to help somebody to find your house because invisible in the map. Thank you

First time using a cleaner, house is immaculate, highly recommended Michele, booked again for the next few weeks
