I would not recommend this company to anyone; their service was extremely disappointing. The plumber arrived on time, but unfortunately caused more damage than he fixed, which ended up costing me an extra £500. He seemed completely unqualified for the job—he damaged two additional components of the three-way shower valve and started smashing my wall tile for no reason. I had to stop him before he caused further damage, and when I pointed out that the face plate wouldn't cover the destruction, he insisted otherwise, but I showed him through pictures that the damage was far beyond what the plate could conceal.

Things only got worse when we discovered that the replacement parts I had purchased weren’t compatible with the existing system. We both agreed to drive to local shops to find the right parts, but unfortunately, we were unable to find anything suitable.

When we returned to my property, the plumber asked to urinate in my garden. I suggested he use the restroom inside instead, as we were back at the house. To make matters worse, once we started reassembling the shower, we realized the damage he caused meant that the parts could no longer hold water, and water began pouring out despite having closed the stop valve. As a result, my family and I are now unable to use the shower and have had to shut off the hot water entirely, leaving us without a functional bathroom.

In addition to the water damage, he broke a tile and attempted to glue it back together, and unnecessarily damaged two components of the three-way shower valve when he only needed to replace one. The total cost of the new parts was around £340, which I forwarded to the manager, but she had no meaningful response. The plumber's actions not only left my home flooded and caused significant inconvenience, but they will also raise my water bill due to the ongoing leakage.

In short, this has been a complete nightmare. My family and I are devastated, and I wouldn’t trust or recommend this company to anyone. More...

A total waste of money. Please avoid this company at all cost if You don’t want to be scammed and pay for a plumbing job which can’t be even fixed by them. I’ve got charged £65 for a toilet blockage which they couldn’t fix and when asked the reason for the charge even without fixture all i’ve been told was “Your job description was not accurate and is not a blockage is a drain problem” well a blockage is a blockage I would say. All they used was just a plunger for 1-2 mins and that’s all. Refrain to hire them for any plumbing job as they are not very competent in this field. A fair policy should be no fix no charge and not a no fix and still charge for no reason which doesn’t make sense at all. More...

The timing & organising could be better, but they know their job.

I hired Joseph and his team to fit a cooker on the 9th of July 2024. Once installed however he did a very quick test which just made sure it turned on and said he would send across an invoice which he still has not.

When I went to use the oven for the first time there was a strong burning/gas smell. I contacted him about this and he would not commit to a re-visit unless I paid for an outcall. We negotiated and he then said he'd come on the weekend but wouldn't give a specific time just said 'evening'. I knew he was a rouge trader by this point so have flagged it to the appropriate authorities.

I hired Jimgos to carry out the replacement of my bathroom extractor fan. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service that I received from start to finish. The electrician that came was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond. After installing the fan he realised that he needed to seal up the ceiling as the previous fan was a different size, he went out to purchase the sealant to fix the problem.
