We were in need of pitch and flat roof removal and replacement (mid terrace,) and saw this team working on a nearby house.
We were impressed by their skill and craftsmanship and before we could approach them they knocked our door, having seen the state of our roof and offered their services.
Work was assessed and instant quote given. The water damage which had already occurred was even worse than we anticipated. We booked the firm and they were able to start within days. Their hard work, speed, and quality craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. They genuinely worked as a team and were all pleasant, polite and cheerful. Always punctual in arrival and clearing and removing rubbish.
Work was completed within time limit given and we no longer fear the bad weather. Price was competitive and they were worth every penny. So pleased they knocked our door & we cannot recommend them highly enough.

James and his crew did a lovely job of replacing the roof on my 1950s semi for a price that was less than half that of other quotes I received.
The work itself ended up being completed in just 1 day, having scheduled 2-3 (extra men put on the job due to other jobs all coming in at this time of year).
James was very understanding and patient with my indecisions (waiting for other quotes to tender than never contacted back) and working around when I was going to be away - I should have believed him when he said 3 days would be plenty!
I fully intend on getting Redland back to do the suggested sealing of the roof in 6 months time and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I needed a new pitched roof and received about 5 roofing quotes through my bark ad. James stood out as being very knowledgeable and was able to clearly and honestly articulate the work required and provide a reasonable quote. Although not a requirement, James and his team were able to start work on the roof within a week of providing a quote which was a bonus. Throughout the roofing process James provided regular updates and checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress. I have been working with my dad since I’m 15 my dad has been doing roofing and paving the last 25 years I have been doing roof in the last 12 years pitch roofing and flat roofing we take pride in r work and love doing what we do

We love getting together early in the morning started work with the team of guys putting on the radio haveing or coffee and tea and cracking out the job and making progress
