The built environment around us can have a huge effect on our daily routines and we believe everyone should have access to high quality designs regardless of the size of their project. Advice on best practice for heritage and listed assets, production of detailed proposals and submissions for listed building consent.
Tender and Contract management
Production of full tender packages and management of tender process with multiple contractors and analysis of priced returns.
Full contract management using JCT contract documents for the duration of works.
