What do you love most about your job?
Satisfactory and the thrill I get from helping vulnerable people in our community making sure they remain safe, free from harm, abuse and neglect.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The focus on mental health sufferers is primarily centered around medication, although social involvement plays a crucial part in their treatment and recovery. These marginalized communities that we assist experience injustice, oppression, and prejudice, these are some of the reasons I decided to take this route with the view to change things for the better by supporting people indiscriminately.

I treat people as individuals and adhere to the strength-based and person-centered approach to assist them in regaining the fundamental skills necessary for independent living.

At Jena Healthcare we provide a face-to-face intervention to all our service users. However, we can at times provide telephone calls to people depending on their requirement of their support plan or when prompting with i.e. medication or reminding them of an important medical appointment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Jena Healthcare Solutions Ltd has established Covid policies to ensure that all of our carers and support workers always wear PPE and wash their hands before and after calls while serving meals.
Dom Care
Jena Healthcare Solutions is a recently licenced dom care agency which is based in Eastbourne. In order to provide personal care and support people in their homes to meet their daily needs, Jena Healthcare Solutions is registered with CQC. We also offer PA assistance, and I am happy to report that we are currently registering with Support with Confidence (SWS) to make sure all of our support workers and carers receive the support and training they need to successfully complete their duties.
