I would 100% recommend JDPiX if you need product photography, especially food related!
JD is very responsive and has a real passion for what he does.
He went above and beyond expectations to provide us with the best service and we are now left with better photos than we could have imagined.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The single most important secret is Science behind the light. Is the key skill to improve photography and get great results. Even with the most high-tech gear, the main focus and vison should go into lighting. No matter how sophisticated cameras and technology you can get.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
- What emotion or feelings you are trying to achieve?
- Is it a print or digital format?
- How many final photographs will you require?
- Is it landscape or portrait orientation? Does it need negative space?
- Are we working to a brief (art director, editorial, owners vision)? Have you got idea or concept in mind so we can execute it.
- Is it for local based business or national campaign? Is it for Web use or Brochure's and Catalogues?
What do you love most about your job?
Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks, every day brings new challenges and ability to met and work with great clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Pursue a life time food related passion by showing it in best possible light.
Why should our clients choose you?
I want my clients to really understand the whole photography process. I encourage them to ask me any question to make sure our services are right for them before spending any allocated money. I’ll take whatever time is necessary with client prior to photoshoot to understand the brands vision, mood and what they trying to achieve.

We create digital photography within our studio or at remote locations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients extremely seriously. We can undertake most of project without the need to be accompanied on site. You can Post your product or arrange a local drop off. By reducing human contact, we can help prevent the virus from spreading further. Where this is not possible, we are operating a strict 2m exclusion zone with full PPE from the moment we enter the property.
