What can I say about James. I was left reeling, high and dry from a previous project manager who had wasted 5 months of my time and money, doing nothing. James talked me through all that was wrong with my situation even before he took me on as a client. Once we started work together, from start to submission of planning permission happened in under a week (previous guy had wasted 5 months and no drawing)!!!

James was recommend to us for a home extension by friends who also used his Architectual services for a similar project.

We wanted a single storey side and rear extension with a couple of unique features, and James guided us through the whole process from start to finish. From listening to our ideas/concepts, measuring the whole house to establish structural possibilities, offering multiple design solutions based on our desires, and then refining our decisions to the point they were ready for submission to planning. Which he also guided and managed on our behalf. We encountered various 'problems' along the way but in each case James offered practical and often money saving solutions which we implemented in most cases.

Two key points which were particularly important to me was James' communication and availability as well as the speed by which he produced all drawings, from the initial ideas, to the main plan and finally all the little amendments as we changed our mind.

James has continued to keep an active engagement with us post our planning approval, and has been available to our builder for clarifications.

I was recommended to James to sort out our planning and drawings for our proposed build in Bournemouth, what a breath of fresh air this man is, the communication is A1 the professionalism and the prompt response in receiving our drawings is second to none, there’s never a problem in slightly changing the drawings to suite our criteria, ( and I have changed a lot ) it was and still is a pleasure working with someone who is so kind and considerate when it comes to his skills in his architectural business, his knowledge is advanced in many areas whether it’s just planning drawings, arranging ordinance separation drawings, submitting plans into the council , arranging council fees, talking and liaising with the planning officer if there’s any problems, James does the whole package for you in a very calm and professional manner so to make the whole process as easy as possibly, his fees are very good for the amount of work he puts in, what he doesn’t know about the architectural profession is not worth knowing.
