I would give this cleaning service zero stars if I could. This was hands-down the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. The cleaners showed up in the most unprofessional manner, barely communicated, and seemed completely uninterested in actually doing their jobs. They left half the work undone, missed obvious areas like countertops and floors, and left without even checking in.

There was nothing professional about their approach. They were disorganized, unprepared, and it seemed like they wanted to get out as fast as possible without caring about the quality. After they left, I had to go over everything myself because they left dirt, dust, and grime in plain sight. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone who wants their home actually cleaned. Made a booking for a end of tenancy cleaning. Simply they didn't show up, try to call, call rejected, message on WhatsApp, answer was they forgot to book me in.
Realy!! I need to clean and leave the house in one day, and they forgot to book me in for a end of tenancy cleaning? What am I suppose to do now? Shame on you, very disappointed More...

Excellent communication and a very thorough deep clean. I am more than happy and will be employing them regularly from now on.
