Excellent builder and a pleasure to work with. We were on a very tight time schedule as our previous builder kept not showing up and so then we hired Jaspal via Bark and he came early mornings to late nights finishing all the plastering in our house in addition to moving heating and other work and finished the work to a great standard and timely manner. Absolutely lovely team , very polite and patience as well as professional. Clean all the messy bits and of done a fantastic job on my hallway and stairs.

Made a full bathroom with toilet on second floor and wc with sink on ground floor from scratch. Muslim showers fitted with 4 toilets in different places. Brilliant work and professionally done. We employed JASKIRAT BUILDER LTD earlier this year (2022) for garage conversation, considerable internal reconfiguration and full house refurbishment of the house in Sutton Coldfield.

The garage conversation included adding a double bedroom space along with a new en-suite by repurposing the internal garage. The internal configuration was targeted to open up the kitchen, dining room and utility room to have a modern open plan kitchen and living space by removing weight bearing walls and installation of news windows and doors. The full house refurbishment was carried by removing the wall papers, skimming the walls to prepare the house for redecoration. All the required electrics and plumbing work was also in scope of the project, which lasted almost 14 weeks.

Jaskirat builders were excellent. I placed an ad and heard back in 24 hours.

They agreed to come at short notice. I had a room plastered. They arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work.

The level of work and finish was exceptional. They cleaned up as they went along and did a final clean up.

Jaspal - I am baffled why you are putting the blame to some other plasterer for fixing the plasterboards, when clearly we both have a contract drawn up by you outlining a complete list of jobs that you now deny. That indeed is undermining your integrity. We have now lost over £7000 because of your failure to complete the work to a satisfactory standard and been advised that the walls will inevitably crack within a few years. This was a first time buy and it has been a very stressful period for us, and as a result of your failures we have not been able to move into the house. There was big roof leak on our block of flats, damaged all the walls and ceiling even most of the floor finishes . I have gone through 3 builders over 10 months but leak was always there, Jaskirat was the 4th and very successful , We end up asking him to complete rest of the works, he has completed all repairs , painted 7 of 2 bed flats and 1 of 3 bed flat. Replaced all the carpet and all electric works as needed.
I would highly recommend Jaskirat and he is the only one I will use in future.
It’s hard to find decent builders, main thing he and his team was punctual, end of the day cleaning the place and cleaning the communal areas was good. There was delay for few days but it was due to no delivery for chosen carpet. More...

Called this guy in for a quote, messed me about , delayed me by a month, promised to do the job then 2 days before wanted 10k as a 1st down payment without any works which we found bizarre , when we tried to negotiate and question it he put the phone and disappeared leaving us in the lurch to find mother builder, would not be recommending him, rude and arrogant and in reasonable

First Shaz (Customer) Agreed with £10,000 When i will Finish Digging Done the Extension But Two Days after he Disagreed. First i Deal with him but After he said talk to my friend .Total Price of Extension £45,000 But his Friend said i give you After one Week £1,000 . I can make 7 installment of £45,000 But I Cant Agreeed 21 installment of £45,000. that is reason i said No For this Extension.

He has done a fantastic job.  He removed an old chimney in our living room that 2 other builders had refused to touch as it was so old, yet he demolished it without any hesitation. Jaskirat, claimed to give a completely smooth finish, and he did for about 70% of the walls but the remaining 30% which is fractured across different parts of the walls is gritty, rough and will need sanding in order for me to paint over it. Furthermore, he did another room which we did not initially intend to do, and now a few chunks of cement are lying on my roof, it would have been more if we did not tell him to stop throwing them on the conservatory roof. A huge block of old cement was neatly placed on the side in my front drive making a lovely display, and he put so much cement in our household rubbish bin, that my mom struggled to move it. Why would you put cement in our household bin?? The room that was not part of the initial quote was for £500. For this room about 70% of the walls were rough and 30% smooth. He argued that he did not agree to repair the room he just does plastering and the room was in a sorry state but if you know you are inexperienced in restoration and repair then why did you take the job? His degree of English communication skills makes it borderline impossible to understand, and I quote: “because my guy do work take of the paper me going to other job view”. So your excuse is your employee did your job and therefore it’s his fault that the walls are not fit for me to paint over? Even if your employee finishes the job your still responsible for his work since he is your employee. He wanted the £850 in cash to avoid tax, and he asked me if he can take a piss in my backyard. A good way to conduct oneself. However, he did do an extra wall which was not initially part of the agreement and he did remove a vent and re-plaster over it even though that was not part of the quote. Good work re the tiling for the laundry room

Jaskirat was thorough with both our bathroom projects. Came up with suggestions on how to maximise space and took great pride in boxing off any unsightly pipe work. Both bathrooms look amazing. He was punctual and worked long hours. Communication has been excellent throughout.

I asked Jas to come complete a small plastering job.
After seeing his work I extended his to break a main wall in my house and fit in a metal beam and then plaster the rest if my home. He came everyday until my work was completed.
His job has been Impeccable he is tidy and cleans up after himself everyday. I cannot fault him once from his demenier to his work. He is trustworthy, honest, hard working, clean and very friendly. He always gives an opinion which you could make a good decision on.
