Great service, we had Harry coming to fix our washing machine. He is very professional, friendly and great with dogs! We required one extra visit for a small adjustment and that was done without any extra cost, which is very appreciated.

I can not recommend Jarzy's because of the awful attitude on the phone not accepting responsibility for their actions. My washing machine was tripping the electrics and Jarzy's engineer thought it could be the heating element. This was ordered and he came back to fit it. During the first wash afterwards, my machine made an awful noise so he had to come back. The engineer found a coin which he did say to me could have been dislodged in the back of the machine when he'd done the work. I thought that to be true as too much of a coincidence straight after, I don't carry money in my clothes pockets, machine is 2nd hand and the coin was barely recognisable like it had been there years, not an hour! Yet on the phone I was blamed for them having to come out again. The original problem of the machine tripping the electrics was not resolved and they gave up. Weeks later as I went to remove the machine I discovered the plug had melted into the extension socket. This hadn't been checked and they refused to come out again and said that it could have happened afterwards and that they're not a charity!! I got another firm to change the plug and this has resolved the problem (still no problems 5 weeks later), £220 all in all for a simple change of a plug. One of the fans on our Samsung Duo oven was making a very loud noise each time it was turned on. Harry, the engineer very quickly diagnosed the problem, realigned the element to stop it catching on the fan and issue was resolved. He even showed me how to remove the inner pane of glass on the door so it could be cleaned. The price was as quoted over the phone and very reasonable - I would definitely use again, especially as Jarzy's are a small local business. More...
