Tried to obtain a refund as Jamie only delivered half of the Unit (interior only). Took a week to respond no installed date when chasing yet no outside unit which matched the Dalkin Emura. Try to deliver another item yesterday which was incorrect and did not offer a refund of taking 50% on day of inspection after only 5 days. More...
