I was looking for someone to do a whole host of small household repairs. It was important to me that they not only did a good job but also responded to emails/texts quickly, kept me in the picture about changes/delays, tidied up after themselves, and as I am working from home that they were unobtrusive.
I got all of this and more from Peter.
He was also cheerful throughout and when things weren't as straightforward as originally hoped there was no teeth sucking and head shaking. He just came up with another plan and got on with it.
We agreed between us who would buy the various items needed, and he provided me with useful links for those I was getting.
A stress-free experience and I would definitely recommend Jakob and Sons, and would use them again.
