What’s your interior design process?
Listening. First, listening to the client and assessing their needs - including the ones they might not yet be aware of. Second, listening to the location. Good design proceeds organically from the pre-existing: sometimes nudged, sometimes jolted, along - but always rooted and connected to its past, even if the transformation is total. That, and choosing nice cushions.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Style is not a factor (see above). Design comes from the client and the location: an effective solution might be ancient, modern, post-modern, futuristic, or combine elements thereof. It makes us happy when we can deployed raw, textured and natural materials, but if your project calls for a series of live-in glass cubes, so be it.
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Capture a telling moment. A photo is worthless the moment it's taken, but becomes increasingly irreplaceable, and valuable, over time. Take lots of pictures. The more people in a group the more pictures you need to take. The best viewpoint is always the most inconvenient spot. Squeeze, don't press, the shutter.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Depends on the nature of the project. It's important to us that the client gets more than they bargained for but no more than they budgeted. Understanding the customer really matters.

Beautiful things that work.
Not so keen on filling in forms that censor pithy answers with a minimum character requirement.
