What do you love most about your job?
I love working with technology but i especially love making clients happy when i take away those pains that technology brings with it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got inspired when i opened my first computer. The curiosity and willingness to learn about how this machine worked and what the parts did over took me. Its been a passion of mine to run my own IT company since i was 16!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am really easy to work with. I provide excellent customer services and have an excellent 5 star review history on google. I am also very hard working and persistant when it comes to repair jobs. I have been told that i don't know when to give up.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes services can be provided remotely as long as the client has an internet connection on their computer. Services such as email repair, setting up emails etc can all be done remotely via a remote session to the customers computer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offered a collection service to my customers. Customers would have been informed on my arrival and asked to leave their equipment either outside their front door or in their hall way for collection. The same process was followed when returning the customers equipment. I also wear gloves when handling equipment and the equipment is also cleaned before being returned.

Virus and spyware removal
There is several methods that we can achieve for virus removal. Our engineer will either do a remote access session to run a number of virus scans, checking other avenues, or a site visit may be required if the PC/Laptop is running very slow that it is unusable. We can also collect the Laptop/PC to bring it away and troubleshoot further. In most cases we won’t have the machine for longer than 24 hours.
PC Builds
IT Support Belfast Ltd offers PC builds. Purchase your parts on our website and we will build the PC for you. Alternatively you can contact us with a list of parts you need for your specifications. Builds are usually completed within 24 hours of parts received. If your in England, Scotland or Wales your build will be delivered directly to you. If your in Northern Ireland we will personally hand deliver your build to you.

Laptop/Mac screen replacement
Screen cracked or pixelated? IT Support Belfast Ltd offers a screen replacement service. Sourcing brand new screens from a large variety of top brands from our suppliers you are guaranteed to get the right screen for your make/model of laptop/Mac. Screen replacement can take up to 72 hours. This includes delivery of the new screen. We will need to collect the laptop/Mac from you to retrieve the part number of the screen.
