Working with Inner Space Therapy has been really important for me. I booked in a session as I was feeling really anxious and struggling with panic attacks. From the first session with Nisha she was able to understand why I was feeling this way and did a good job of explaining why I was feeling the way I did. Even though the sessions got deep, it wasn’t pushy or too overwhelming and I felt there was a good balance of insight, working on emotions and practical tools and so I’ve noticed big changes in the way that I respond to stress and my anxiety is much lower. Nisha is excellent - very easy to talk to and I liked that she was able to offer Asian cultural insights too. Her style of therapy is different and helpful - I found it enjoyable at times

From our first session Nisha understood what I struggled with and did a good job of helping me. She had a lot of knowledge and always seemed to know what I needed in the moment.
We covered some difficult things but she made it easier to work through - more than my past therapists.
She really has changed my perspective of things and I feel like an even better version of myself. Thank you for everything Nisha!

I found this to be really helpful for myself. Previously I had CBT through the NHS but that did not help at all. Nisha really helped me a lot

I had a couple of sessions with Nisha following a road traffic accident. I was left with a fear of driving, particularly roundabouts. Nisha really helped me achieve the goal of reducing the fear I had developed to make driving easier again. I was made to feel really at ease during the sessions and felt the sessions were a success. Thank you Nisha for helping me feel more at ease on the road again. More...
