I booked Inflorescence for a birthday party. We had quite a lot of people (20+) and I was a little concerned some of our friends and family who were not as ‘in’ to wine wouldn’t be as interested… I could not have been more wrong! The way the tasting was set up made it so fun and accessible. From the self confessed wine snobs to complete novices everyone had a great time, learned something new, and most importantly got to taste some amazing wine and cheese. Strong recommend! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and sharing my love of wine! I love seeing guests have that 'lightbulb' moment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a company that made wine approachable and fun for everyone. There is too much pretension and snobbery surrounding wine. Everyone has to start somewhere and I wanted to help make the journey enjoyable!
