What do you love most about your job?
Putting a smile on other people. Making life meaningful for those that need our love the most. We are convicted that vulnerability is not condemnation. Joy and quality of life is for all.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing documentaries of poor care delivered. As a team passionate about care we thought we can make a difference which is what we are doing to our satisfied and valued service users.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
While we do offer services online in exceptioonal circumstances our preference is a personal touch. Some service users want someone to check them remotely and remind them and we are happy to give considerationj depending on circumstances. We are particular about the risks and hence this will depend on the risk assessment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our care professionals are only meant to serve when they are healthy and always use PPE when appropriate. As part of the duty of care they are informed about measures to minimise the risk of Covid 19 and they share good practice to minimise the risk of infection from Covid-19.
