How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The existing loft would need to be at least 2200mm in height at the highest point. That would be best practice, however depending on local authority regulations and standards, this may vary, so its best to check local authority guidance or get one of our team to come and advise. They can normally tell you straight away if its suitable or not.

Scaffolding - taking down existing roof - installation of new steel beams - new roof structure construction - internal insulation, plumbing and electrics - new bathroom (optional) - skylights and windows installation - plastering and internal finishes
