What do you love most about your job?
Everyday we cook something different and two days are never the same!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant due to COVID-19. I always wanted to start my own business, but never took the leap. Now I am so happy that I have my own business and am extremely excited for what the future holds.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have spent my career working in some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in London. I am using what I have learnt and using my creative skills to create a unique dining experience.
