How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My approach is to hold initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and goals. We then set a plan that builds gradually towards that. I prefer gradual chance over fast and often unsustainable programs. This doesn’s mean training is easy, but its a gradual process that builds over an appropriate time.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You cant achieve youre dream body without hard work and determination. There are no quick solutions. You have to be consistent with your diet and exercise routines. And have trust in the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the changes in health and fitness people can make over their time training with me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve never been as motivated since starting to work for myself.

Yes. Online PT and Virtual PT are exciting new options that take Improve PT almost anywhere. You can have training sessions over Zoom/ Skype or you can have plans written by a qualified PT that you complete alone and have regular check ins online to keep you on track.

Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training is an exciting new form of Personal Training whereby your sessions would be planned and programmed by Improve Personal Training remotely, then you compete those sessions in your own time and in your own location. This means you aren't fixed to particular session times and can be increasingly flexible. Sessions would be planned by our experienced level 3 personal trainer and would be tailored exactly to your needs. The plan would take account of the equipment you have.

By undertaking the correct exercise regime before, during and after pregnancy, mothers can enjoy fewer complications from their pregnancy, improved ability to regain their pre-pregnancy shape following childbirth and can limit weight gain.
PT if you have health conditions
If you suffer from a stable medical condition, for which you are under GP, it may be possible to improve your quality of life and relieve symptoms through exercise. With qualification in GP and Exercise Referral, Andy Coyne is well placed to guide you in the safest, most appropriate ways possible. All clients are different and those with referrals will need extra care and attention to make sure their individual needs are met.
