I booked an appointment with Margaret on 13/07/24 for Friday 19th July at 3pm. She sent me a text to confirm Janet will be attending. Unfortunately Janet didn’t turn up at 3pm. I texted Margaret and even called her but I received no answer until much later. She told me once she gives the shifts out to people she doesn’t know if they turn up or not unless the client calls and tell her. I told her she’s not doing a good job running her business if she can’t even be sure a cleaner will turn up to the booked appointment. She told me about some personal circumstances she has been going through, which I can empathise with. But my experience overall was not good. I found it unprofessional completely unreliable. More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure that any staff that is not felling well or have cough or cold were not assign to work until they are properly healed.
When going into our clients property, we always wear our masks and gloves.
