Easy company to deal with. Marquee was delivered and put up by two helpful boys, looked great once they had finished and the heating was fantastic (expensive but worth every penny) would recommend them and use again. Thanks

hired a marquee for my wife's birthday party last weekend, the boys that installed the marquee couldn't be more helpful, the lady i booked with spent loads of time with me on the phone giving me all the information i needed, my was was so happy with the marquee and her party was amazing. We hired an marquee package from imaginations having found them through bark. The company were very quick to respond to all our queries and on the whole found the process from start to finish extremely smooth and easy.

The people who came to install were great and all were done on time. However, there were 3 chewing gums stuck on the carpet for which they charged a ridiculous sum, which was unacceptable but still okay! The main problem was when, time and again, they started sending threatening emails, without giving enough notice, that they would report it to the County Court! Very disrespectful and unprofessional especially towards their own customers who recently paid thousands in their marquee. No concept of customer services, just a bunch of rude people. Dear Papia, we are very sorry to hear you are upset with our company charging you for getting chewing gum on 3 pieces of our carpet. We do make it very clear in our terms and conditions and the paperwork you sign on completion that chewing gum is not allowed in our marquees and if gum is stuck to our carpets you will be charged (normally £130 per roll but we only charged you £80 for all 3 rolls) for us to replace them, the next customer does not want to have your chewing gum on their carpet the following week so we have to replace this at a charge to you and a loss for us, just like all hire companies if you damage any of the equipment you are charged for it. We must keep our stock to a high standard for all our other customers and understand having to pay for damages you caused can be upsetting. We did however contact you a number of times regarding this matter with no response from you, we had no choice but to state we would be taking this to small claims unless you made payment. We went above and beyond for you and even returned with an extra marquee as you need more space so are very disheartened to receive such a review from you. Mark Tibble

Quick and friendly service throughout, marquee was delivered by 3 really helpful guys that made the marquee delivery easy and couldn't of been more helpful, will highly recommend this company to anyone.
