Wow what can I say kash and James were very quick to respond to my request...I genuinely cannot fault either of them..two wall mounted brackets and fittings and a curtain pole. . very fast very friendly and helpful and efficient...what's not to like about these guys...I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them in future for any other jobs that I need doing...if there was a 10 star rating they would have gotten this. Got my chandelier put in by him which was great and he fixed one of the side tables which ny husband tried to fix but almost ruined it luckily Kash saved it charged me £150 for the lot which i cant lie is a rip off but i had no choice, i then asked him how much it would cost to fix my bed,wadrobe, shelf and tv he quoted me £350 basically the price if how much my wadrobe was and said you’re paying for my time which I understand but taking someone for a mug is one thing. If my husband hadnt almost cost me my side table i would if gone to someone else who wouldnt mention how my flooring was crap quality very rude to be quite fair. More...

Hi ... Thank you for your feedback regarding my quote. You initially asked me to install a chandelier and whilst I was there you mentioned the side table/chest of draws which was partially assembled with wrong pieces put together and incorrect screws etc. also broken pieces which I had to dismantle and redo from scratch and had to glue the broken pieces together. After all my efforts I had salvaged and spend my time fixing it and then you insisted for me to assemble the other one as you did not want your husband to make a mess of it again. I quoted you £350.00 putting into perspective my labour costs and my time and for the tv bracket as well which was to be mounted on the wall. The large sliding door warbrobe, a king size/double bed , a tv unit assembled and fixed on the wall under the tv which was to be mounted on the wall also and I think you forgot to mention the led lights you wanted round all around the room. All of the works above it’s more then reasonable for the price that I had quoted you and I was not “ripping/mugging” you off in any way shape or form. You insisted that this should only cost £150, but this is inequitable for the jobs that were required above. I hope that helps you understand. Furthermore, you mentioned you had your flooring done and wanted to know my thoughts on how it was done and I gave my honest opinion. The floor was squeaky and wrongly done. I don't think this should be taken offensively as I gave you my professional critique. therefore my answer to your question was honest and professional. There was no means of hurt or condemnation, apologies if this was miscommunicated or taken the wrong way. Thanks once again for your feedback!

Totally dissatisfied with his work he doesn't know which side hot water is hot water pipe and cold water pipe runs.
