We held our annual Team Day at West Midlands House for the first time this year and what a fantastic find for us! The venue location was within easy reach via public transport and free car park for our staff and Trustees with easy and secure access, makes for a worry-free day. The staff were so friendly and polite, and nothing was too much to ask for, we were well looked after and treated to a scrumptious lunch and endless tea and coffee on hand. Been with them for nearly 2 years with my Solicitors firm Midland Law. Good management and reception support, nice and warm in the winter (though sometimes too warm in the summer). Very reasonable rates, plenty of free parking and a good cafe annexed. Cafe closes at 1pm annoyingly. They also have a printing and scanning facility downstairs if your printer isn't working. They also receive clients and direct them to the waiting area. For a small fee they process post for you too. It's a very comfortable and cost effective place to start your business.
