Making a difference in people's lives and ending each day saying "I Delivered Great Care... IDG Care."
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been a nurse for many years and also having a Social Worker as a spouse empowered us to realise that we could make a greater impact on the ground as opposed to being stuck in offices. We also realised the to deliver great care you had to step up to the plate and say you do... there are no excuses after such a declaration. We always boldly declare IDG Care.... I Deliver Great Care. Measure us against this mantra as we continually learn and improve.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a nurse and social worker led team with well trained staff. We want to deliver great care because that's all we do. Engage with us... We will not disappoint. Delivering great care is not only our mantra, it's our promise.

Domiciliary care and Live In care cannot be delivered remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff utilise PPE in all their engagements and we follow NHS England directives and client preference in this regard.
Domiciliary care
IDG Care provides care in the home. Our carers assist with making meals, help with personal care, assist with medication and housekeeping. Carers also support with outdoor activities, attending appointments and offering companionship.
Live In Care
Our Live In Care service is focused on keeping people safe and happy in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, whilst improving their overall health and well-being. Care is provided on a one-to-one basis and is highly personalised reflecting not just an individual’s care needs, but their choices, wishes and social preferences as well. This enables our clients to maintain as much independence as possible while enjoying the lifestyle they are accustomed to in their own home.
