Sam Simmons strikes again. What an absolute super star this man is when it comes to mortgages. We were really worried before speaking to Sam, that we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage on a house big enough for our family of six, and never expected that we'd be able to afford one in the area we wanted. But then he made all of our dreams come true. After Sam sorted our remortgage on the old gaff 5 years ago, saving me hundreds of pounds a month, I should have known to expect a miracle when it came to the big move. Little did I know just how miraculous this man truly is. He took all of our worries and just threw them in the bin. All of our expectations, he far exceeded, making the whole process seem trivially easy and hassle free for us. He was very helpful and sensitive to my needs. He took the time to find out what was important to me and was able to weigh that up with the different packages that were on the market.He also was looking at the future and took into account future changes.

I was clear and happy with the recommendations that i got, in fact Ian actually changed my package at the very last minute because a better offer came up.I am happy with the payments i am making on my mortgage.All the products were well suited to my needs.I was successful in getting the mortgage that I wanted and Ian helped out with any queries that came from the application. He also helped after the mortgage had gone through when i hadn't read a letter properly and thought that i had been overcharged Ian acted immediately.
