What do you love most about your job?
Developing an understanding of the businesses that we provide solutions focussed support to allows us to build long term relationships based on trust and understanding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In short - the pandemic.
Businesses that were not able to carry the cost of in-house HR support were having to make decisions which impacted not only their commercial longevity but also the livelihoods of their employees.
All businesses should have access to HR support, regardless of their size.
