Richard is very patient even though it took him a lot longer than anticipated as did not know it is a two in one wardrobe. He is also very good.

He responded very quickly to the advertised job. At all times Richard has been great with communication and keeps you updated with arrivals times/plans.
Other trades people have been awful and just not turned up.
Richard came to help my parents settle on Day 2 after a BIG home move, so we were all a bit disoriented. Richard was AMAZING and soooooooooo patient with us all. He listened to what we needed, gave some fab suggestions and worked with us at our pace.
Richard is a very professional, hard working chap who clearly takes pride in his work and has good people skills (and a good sense of humor). This took some of the stress out of having those DIY jobs done.
My elderly parents really warmed and trusted Richard too so a BIG thank you Richard. It is good to have a trustworthy person who can fix anything in our families 'little black book'. :)
