I have worked for Home instead for over a year now and it’s the best decision I have ever made. After leaving a corporate role with no idea what I wanted to persue a career in, I came across a job advertisement for Home instead and applied after seeing how fantastic it looked. A full weeks recognised training is carried out to ensure clients are provided with the most professional and best care. As the calls are minimum of 1 hour you are able to create a special bond with clients and see trends to help with their needs and requirements which I believe is very important and makes it personal. My favourite part is that we are matched with our clients so we always have things to relate too regarding our hobbies and interests. The Homeinstead office team are extremely supportive and are only a phone call away, we have been looked after throughout the covid period and have always been provided with sufficient amounts of PPE to keep ourselves and our clients safe.
