I have worked for the company for just over 2 year now,I have fond them all very friendly and the office staff really helpful, I like this company as they offer 1hour call so you are not rushed trying to get everything done and you have time to get to know your clients , and help them to stay in there own home as long as possible, I had never done care work before but home instead really put me at my easy and the training I received enabled me to care for my clients and understand there need,I have also recommend a friend to the company and she is really happy working for them,I wouldn’t hesitate recommending home instead to any of my friends or family if they ever needed care .
