Unfortunately not a good experience. Joe (the owner) arrived with another cleaner and started cleaning together in our small bathroom, where they spent most of an hour, chatting constantly and taking phone calls. We had asked for an initial longer clean to clean areas that wouldn't usually be cleaned, and we were told we had to pay more for a 'deep clean', but that they'd move furniture etc. That didn't happen. They left after 1.5 hrs, charging me for 3hrs, which I wouldn't have had a problem with if they'd started at opposite ends of the house. Joe then claimed that it was never meant to be a deep clean as that would cost more again, despite him quoting me for that and that still appearing on my invoice. Had to get another cleaner from a different company in (who has been incredible and they didn't try to charge more than their hourly rate for) to do another initially longer clean as their 'deep clean' so bad quality. I have been using Home Clean Home for a few months now to clean my holiday let. I am very pleased with the service.they provide. Jo has never said he can’t do a clean, and I am always dropping last minute cleans on him. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Home Clean Home clean for us regularly. We provide luxury glamping accommodation in a converted off-grid American school bus. Not only do the team have to deal with the peculiarities of a glamping bus - filling water tanks and dealing with compost toilets - they often have to manage individual guest requests, putting up balloons, writing notelets etc. It's not a simple job and it requires someone with high cleaning standards, flexibility and good organisation, which we have found with Joseph and his team. Honestly have to say 5 stars isn't enough to give Home Clean Home after the job they have just done for me. Joe and Amy are an amazing team, very honest, polite and down to earth. They tackled a very difficult job with amazing dedication and sensitivity. They both work extremely thoroughly and aren't afraid to tackle hard jobs.
