What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing the positive impact our care has on people's lives. Whether it's helping someone regain confidence after illness or simply sharing a laugh over a cup of tea, we find genuine joy in building trust and improving wellbeing through compassionate care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were inspired to bring a more personal and community-focused approach to care—one that values relationships, dignity, and time. Our founders wanted to challenge rushed visits and create a service that truly listens to clients and puts people before profits.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients choose us because we deliver more than just care—we build genuine relationships. With award-winning staff, flexible visits, a dedicated local team, and a CQC 'Good' rating, we offer trustworthy, tailored, and reliable support in every home we serve.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
While our care is primarily delivered in person, we also offer remote wellbeing check-ins, medication prompts, and companionship phone or video calls where suitable. This adds flexibility and reassurance between face-to-face visits when needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow rigorous infection control protocols, including full PPE use, regular testing, and vaccination of our care team. We also completed Covid-safe training, adapted our visit protocols, and introduced remote monitoring to protect both clients and staff.
