What inspired you to start your own business?
I have extensive knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable children and adults. A significant part of my life experience has been about keeping this client group safe. I am passionate about providing compassionate personalised care to individuals in need, therefore starting my own business will enable me to empower those individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

We are a face to face service as we offer direct home care/personalised service in poeples home. However we can undertake meetings virtually and have opportunities for people to call, email, text or a preference that is suitable to clients to enable them to contact the organisation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our carers continue to wear personal protective equipment at all times during customer care in their homes.

Needs Matter Care Limited are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals in need of care and support either at home or in the community. We cater for adults aged 18-65 years old and 65+ including palliative care. We cover Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

The registered manager has extensive experience of working; in safeguarding vulnerable children and vulnerable adults within a local authority setting, therefore understands the significance of the above values and of the importance of fostering a client centred approach, ensuring clients needs are at the forefront of care. It is our believe that every client's needs matter, promoting respect and dignity. We are sensitive to peoples cultural identity and heritage and responsive to peoples believes that may determine their heritage.
We are seeking opportunities of where Needs Matter Care Limited could offer support to clients in need of domestic services such as personal care, medication, cleaning, shopping, preparing meals and accompanying clients out for socialising and or activities.
