How long have you been in business?
I started Holly’s Help in 2019 and have been providing cleaning and home help services since then.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, I bring my own equipment and cleaning supplies, unless a client prefers me to use specific products in their home.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and making a real difference to their day. Cleaning is something many people don’t enjoy or don’t have time for, but I genuinely enjoy it! It gives me a great sense of satisfaction and pride knowing someone is coming home to a clean space.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy cleaning, helping others, and working independently. Starting my own service allows me to offer a personal, flexible approach and take pride in the work I do.

I put my heart into every job and clean each home as if it’s my own. I’m reliable, honest, and trustworthy. My clients get a personalised service from the same person each time. I truly care and always give my all.

Most of my services are hands-on and in person, but I can also help remotely with admin tasks or managing holiday property bookings. I’m happy to discuss your requirements before a visit to make things as easy as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow good hygiene practices, including regular handwashing, using clean cloths and equipment, and not attending if I’m unwell. I’m always happy to respect any additional precautions requested by clients to keep everyone safe.
General Cleaning
A regular, general once-over around the home to keep everything tidy and fresh. Extras such as bed linen changes, light laundry, oven cleaning, fridges, internal windows or help organising can be added on request. I like to visit the property first so I can tailor the clean to your needs.
Deep Cleaning
A more thorough clean for those hard-to-reach spots, including behind and under moveable furniture. I visit the property first to make sure the clean meets your requirements. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer carpet or upholstery cleaning.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Once belongings are removed, I provide a detailed deep clean to help you get your deposit back. I assess the property first to ensure nothing is missed. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer carpet or upholstery cleaning.
Move-In/Pre-Purchase Cleaning
A complete clean before moving in or buying a property, leaving the home fresh, hygienic, and ready to enjoy. I like to see the property first to provide the right service. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Holiday Property Changeover
Ideal for holiday properties. I can provide regular changeover cleaning or emergency/call-outs where needed. Laundry services are not available unless there are facilities on site. I assess the property beforehand to plan the clean efficiently.
House or Pet Sitting
I can pop by or stay over to feed and walk pets, offer playtime, water plants, and check on your home while you’re away.
Office/Small Business Cleaning
Out-of-hours and weekend cleaning available for offices and small workplaces. I like to visit the premises first to provide a tailored service.
Companionship and Errands
Friendly, non-regulated support such as companionship, simple food prep, running errands, helping with appointments, or general assistance. This does not include personal care or medication.
