Sammy was a dream to work with, really helpful when working out the menu and very flexible with various dietary requirements. I booked Sammy to cater for my mother's birthday. He was very helpful throughout the process, working with me to find the best fit in terms of menu, number of courses and so on, and even found a way to make it work on a more limited budget than expected. He kept my informed every step of the way, turned up promptly and left the kitchen spotless.

From the beginning Sammy was polite and friendly and communicated very well throughout. Despite thanks to a website mixup creating some confusion about the location he still came through.

The food itself was excellent and it was a easy to go through the menu of what we wanted and if we were open to suggestions. Everyone loved each dish, and no social media loving person even thought to take a picture of the starter as they just started eating it - which I think is some compliment!

He easily catered to some gluten/dairy dietary requirements as well as for some young children. My own 2 year old ate her whole meal... except for the carrots but you can't have everything!

I used Chef Sammy’s services for a proposal. Chef Sammy is a fantastic chef. My Fiancé has many allergies which Chef Sammy accommodated so well. I then provided him a list of foods that my fiancé liked, and asked Chef Sammy to come up with a menu. Chef Sammy put together an excellent selection of canapés, starters, mains and desert. Chef Sammy was also very engaging and fun to be around and provided a very good service both in terms of timing and quality of food. I would highly recommend Chef Sammy for any and all functions you may require for a private chef.
