Higher Healthcare has proven very diligent and helpful in providing daily in-house care for my elderly mother. They have taken great pains to try and match the carers with my mum, taking into account her various needs and requirements. Also, they are readily contactable at any time of the day or night for any queries or additional assistance the family may require. The company fully engages with the family from the outset to provide a very professional level of care. All in all, the system is working well, and I believe that my mum enjoys the company and assistance of the carers, and we have certainly seen a marked improvement in her demeaner since the care plan was instigated approximately 3 weeks ago.
