Naza responded very quickly to my request for a deep clean and she did a fabulous job. She turned up on time and brought all the equipment with her including a carpet cleaning machine. Promised a fully detailed clean, and £100 more than all other quotes. arrived late, didn"t wash the walls, tripped out the elctricity and didnt tell me, appiances still very dirty. I had to buy more cleaning materials and bring them to her even though quote was to include all materials. House still very dirty for a fee of £260 and no discount. Refused refund or to pay for cleaning materials or electrician to fix the electric fused. DO NOT USE. More...

I booked Naza to do a full house deep clean after lots of diy had kept me too busy to clean properly for many months and she arrived exactly at the time she said and began work almost immediately! She was so hard working I cannot begin to describe, she cleaned my 4 bed house from top to bottom, my kitchen and 2 bathrooms were sparkling, Naza did a fantastic job, and was a very friendly lady and we have already asked her to come on a regular basis to keep on top of the work she has done!

Naz came this morning at 7am as arranged. She worked like a Trojan in a very professional and efficient manner, and certainly knows her stuff re which products to use to get a good result.
My home is now really clean, my carpets smell fresh once again and I can at last relax and look forwards to receiving my visitors coming tomorrow, something I was stressing about as I had rather let my standards slip due to ill health.
Naz brought all her own equipment and cleaning products and even made it here (quite a long way,) despite not having the use of her own car ( through no fault of her own.) Other companies would have let me down, but Naz is a person with integrity…. (a rare thing at times these days, ) and she was determined not to let me down, for which I am exceedingly grateful.
